STDBonline is an amazing tool for success.  I had a 10,000 SF warehouse in an industrial area and a potential buyer for a light manufacturing business.  He presently owned a smaller facility, had mainly female workers, loved my warehouse, but was concerned about crime risk.  I established he and his employees were comfortable with the crime risk at his present location.  TO THE RESCUE… STDBonline… Using the CrimeRisk chart and the national index, I compared his current location with my property.  Guess what… They were exactly in the same index category of slightly over 100.  Needless to say, the tranaction proceeded to launch after that.  THANK YOU STDBonline!
