STDBonline is an amazing tool for success. I had a 10,000 SF warehouse in an industrial area and a potential buyer for a light manufacturing business. He presently owned a smaller facility, had mainly female workers, loved my warehouse, but was concerned about crime risk. I established he and his employees were comfortable with the crime risk at his present location. TO THE RESCUE… STDBonline… Using the CrimeRisk chart and the national index, I compared his current location with my property.
